In brief, I have only 3 real photographic inspirations; Edward Steichen, Alfred Stieglitz and Irving Penn. At my meeting with Penn in 1984 just before moving to Japan, I can say was one of the moments of my life. He helped me fine tuned my focus on my photographic style.
