James Macomber, lives in Southwest Florida with his wife, Sandy, and two dogs, a German Shepherd mix and a Golden Retriever mix, both rescued from an animal shelter on the same day 12 years ago. He has had a varied career and life including the military, college student, bartender, waiter, sales, tennis instructor, actor, practicing attorney, photographer, and writer. Indeed, in addition to his photography, he is a published author, having taken parts of his eclectic background and combined it with complex characters and situations real and imagined to create the international thriller series featuring the John Cann novels, "Bargained for Exchange", "Art & Part", and he is in the process of bringing to life the third novel in the series, “A Grave Breach”.
